SHIPMENT
As long as the product is available, we will process orders the same day or within 24 business hours of receiving them.
Standard Shipping:
Approximate delivery times are 3 to 5 working days. If your order is over €70, shipping will be free.
International Shipping:
Delivery times for the rest of Europe are approximately 7 to 10 working days. If your order exceeds €150, shipping will be free.
In exceptional situations, delays may occur due to holidays or external circumstances. For example, during Black Friday and launch week, shipments may take longer than usual.

Cost €3.90 - Free shipping for orders over €70.

If it doesn't appear, there are two main reasons why you might not have received your order:
- Incorrect address: We recommend that you verify that the address provided is correct. If there is an error, the shipping agencies will contact you in case there is a problem with the delivery, and you can manage any paperwork directly with them. You can also contact them by phone or through their website.
- Failed deliveries: The delivery company will attempt to deliver the package up to two times. If they are unsuccessful, they may leave it at a collection point, where you will have to go and collect it. If, in the end, the order cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender, we will refund you once we receive it at our warehouses.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We will contact you within 3 days and you will receive the refund to the original payment method or via IBAN number, once we have received the package at our warehouse.
Dkside is not responsible for any costs related to shipping logistics in the event that a refund is requested.
From the moment your order is shipped, you have 14 business days to register your request for exchange or return, provided that the conditions of our policy are met.
For domestic shipments, returns are free. For shipments outside the country, a fee of €6.90 will apply.
