You have 20 calendar days from receipt of your order to make any exchange or return.


  • 1. I have received my order in bad condition.
  • 2. I have the wrong size and I want to exchange it (valid only for rings).

In any case, it is essential that the products to be exchanged or returned are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return will be possible.

In order to be able to carry out its return it is indispensable that it is returned providing inside with the dkside box with which the order has arrived to you.

*If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to carry out the requested return.

 We will check with our returns team, if there are obvious signs of use or wear, in this case, it could not be carried out.


Write us an email to advising us of your intention to exchange or return an item and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.


  1. Request the exchange or return by mail to within a period not exceeding 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. To help us to continue improving, we would be grateful if you could indicate the reason for the return. In the event of requesting an exchange, you must indicate the product for which you wish to make the exchange.
  3. For exchanges or returns, items must be sent in their original condition, including packaging, together with the accessories in question, and in a condition that demonstrates that the product has not been used or damaged.

In case of exchanges (valid for rings):

- If I have chosen the wrong size:
You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return shipment.

- If our DKside team in charge of the preparation of the orders has made a mistake in choosing the size:
We would be responsible for the amount of the shipping and return, as it is our mistake.

*If there is any error on our part in a shipment, whatever the product is (necklace, bracelet...). Example: You have ordered a silver necklace and it arrives in gold. In this case DKside will pay the shipping cost.

*In the event that the product complies with the quality and shipping terms, and the period of 20 days has ended, we will no longer accept exchanges or returns.

Once the return has been approved, you must send the product to a delivery point provided by us. This point will be as close as possible to the address provided in the order.
If it is not possible for you to deposit the package, let us know, we offer a return service, by which we will pick up your shipment with our transport company at the address and time that you indicate for an additional cost.

*Valid for Spain and European Union countries.

Once received at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the order will be returned to your account within 1-2 working days. Once the order is received, our DKside team will process it once they have received the shipping amount via PayPal or credit card, until it is not received, DKside will not process it.

*Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is at your own risk. Dkside will not be held responsible in case the package arrives damaged or in bad condition.
