You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to make any exchange or return.


  • 1. I have received my order in bad condition.
  • 2. I have the wrong size and I want to exchange it.

In any case, it is essential that the products to be exchanged or returned are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange or return will be possible.

In order to be able to carry out the return, it is essential that it is returned with the dkside box with which the order was delivered.

*If the articles are received in bad condition, we will not be able to carry out the requested return. We will check with our returns team, if there are evident signs of use or wear, in this case, we will not be able to carry out the return.



Write us an email to advising us of your intention to exchange or return an item and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.


  1. Request the exchange or return by mail to within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. To help us to continue improving, we would be grateful if you could indicate the reason for the return. In the event of requesting an exchange, you must indicate the product for which you wish to make the exchange.
  3. For exchanges or returns, items must be sent in their original condition, including packaging, together with the accessories in question, and in a condition that demonstrates that the product has not been used or damaged.

In case of exchanges:

- If I have chosen the wrong size:

You will have to pay the return shipping costs.

- If our dkside team in charge of the preparation of the orders has made a mistake when choosing the size:

We would be responsible for the amount of the shipping and return, since it is our mistake.

*If there is an error on our part in a shipment, whatever the product is (necklace, bracelet...). Example: You have ordered a silver necklace and it arrives in gold. In this case, dkside will pay the shipping costs.

*If the product meets the quality and shipping conditions, and the 15-day period has expired, we will not accept any more exchanges or returns.

Once the return has been approved, you must send the product to a delivery point provided by us. This point will be as close as possible to the address provided in the order.

If it is not possible to deposit the package, let us know, we offer a return service, whereby we will pick up your shipment with our transport company at the address and time you provide for an additional cost.

*Valid for Spain and European Union countries.

Once received at our facilities, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product will be returned in gift voucher format for our website within 1-2 working days. Once the order is received, until our dkside team receives the order, dkside will not process it.

*Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your own responsibility. dkside is not responsible in case the package arrives damaged or in bad condition.
